ONE, Formatting – We use simple but attractive formats that would be easy-to-read by both the Human Recruiter and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

The ATS is a software that is now being used by many organizations to manage the recruitment and shortlisting process.

Earlier versions of the ATS, still in use in the market are the reason why we use simple formats.

They are unable to pick your data from heavily formatted documents using tables, textboxes, shapes, frames, icons, pictures, underlines, you name it.  If it’s not occurred to you yet: the more beautiful your CV is, the higher the chances that it isn’t working for you.

There is a place for the beautiful/ designed/ modern CV, just not for your regular everyday applications. We will be happy to show you how to use it.

 

Another differentiating factor in our program is its focus on the RECRUITER. Our whole process is designed around the recruiter – what they are looking for and how they process your information.

The Recruiter is Human. A Human in a great hurry and with multiple distractions, so clearly, your documents have to STOP THEM IN THEIR TRACKS! Your CV and letter have to look that good!

You must have heard that Recruiters spend only 6 secs to decide if they want to read your CV and only 1 minute more to scan it and decide if you make it to the YES PILE.

The minute they realize they are hunting for information up and down, you lose them – they close your CV and move on.

Now that you have the perfect application documents, forget about depending on anyone for the fish. Our Job Search Coaching Session empowers you by teaching you how to fish.

You will learn how, when and where to look for job opportunities.

You will also learn how to customize your application to every job you apply for and speak directly to the heart of the recruiter and the requirements of the ATS System. 

This session, like all the others in our program is a game changer. It is pivotal to have you in the driver’s seat. Only when you are in control and stay in control will you get the results you are looking for.
